Our approach

Tools available
- Deposit limits.Set a cap on what you can top up per day, week or month. Once set, a limit can only be lowered or kept, and increases take effect after a cooling-off period.
- Reality checks.Session reminders that show how long you have been playing and what you have spent.
- Cool-off and self-exclusion.Take a break from 24 hours up to 6 months, or exclude yourself for longer. During that time you cannot top up or open boxes, and marketing to you stops.
