These Terms explain the rules that apply to every visitor and account holder. They cover account creation, purchases, box openings, item delivery and the ways you can dispose of the items you win.

Accounts
You need an account to open boxes, hold a balance or receive items. You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
Opening and securing your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Account restrictions
One person may hold one account only. Accounts may not be transferred, sold or shared between people.
Eligibility and age
The Platform is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account.
You must not use the Platform from a jurisdiction where its services are restricted or prohibited, or if you have been previously suspended for breach of these Terms.
Balances and purchases
The Platform operates with a stored balance that you top up through the payment methods offered at checkout. Balances are a prepaid medium for use on the Platform only; they are not a deposit, not an investment, and they do not earn interest.
Promotional balances or bonuses may carry a wagering condition, shown to you before you claim them. Bonus terms always specify how and when the related funds become usable.
Boxes and outcomes
Every box displays the items it can contain and the chance of each outcome before you open it. Outcomes are decided at the moment of opening by our provably fair mechanism, which lets you verify every result independently.
An open is final once the animation completes and the result is credited to your inventory. A technical fault that prevents an outcome from being decided refunds the box price automatically.
Shipping, selling and holding items
Items you win are held in your inventory. You can request physical shipment to an address in a supported region, sell an item back to the Platform at its listed face value, or keep it stored for later.
Delivery times, shipping fees and regional availability are shown in our Shipping information. Payouts of larger value may require identity verification under our AML Policy.
Acceptable use
When using the Platform you must not:
- use the Platform in any automated way, including bots, scripts or tools that open boxes or claim rewards without human interaction;
- abuse promotions, bonuses, referral schemes or obvious pricing errors;
- attempt to manipulate outcomes, balances, probabilities or any part of the provably fair mechanism;
- use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or to move funds obtained illegally;
- harass other users or our staff, or upload content that is unlawful or infringing.
Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend or close an account, and withhold funds connected to it, where we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been breached — including suspected fraud, money laundering or abuse of promotions.
Where practicable we will tell you the reason and, unless the law prevents it, return the lawfully obtained balance once the required checks are complete.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties that are not stated in these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to us in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. We publish the current version on this page with a new "last updated" date, and give advance notice of changes that materially reduce your rights where required.
Continuing to use the Platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Platform and contact support.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
